Walking Track

The walking track is located on the upper level of the West Lincoln Community Centre, at 177 West Street, Smithville, ON L0R 2A0. The track is available to the public year-round, free of charge.

Walking track hours

Hours of availability change with each season and may be affected by special events from time-to-time.

Spring/summer (April to September): Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., Saturday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., closed on Sunday.

Fall/winter (September to April): Every day from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Walking track etiquette

Please follow our walking track etiquette to help keep the track safe and enjoyable for everyone:

• Children must be supervised
• Look both ways before crossing
• Keep outside lane open for passing
• Follow posted direction signs
• Do not use track as a viewing area
• Clean shoes must be worn on track
• No pets except for service animals
• No food or drink permitted on track with the exception of water
• Please use single file
• Teams and groups must contact Recreation Services
• Please seek staff for assistance as needed
• Regulate your speed during busy times
• Do not stop on the track
• Be respectful
