Fire Services
West Lincoln Fire and Emergency Services (WLFES) has proudly served the Township of West Lincoln since 1950. The division is equipped, trained and ready to respond to a variety of emergency situations with the common goal of keeping residents safe.
Main responsibilities include:
- Public fire and life safety education
- Fire safety standards and enforcement
- Emergency response
- Town emergency management programming
WLFES maintains a complement of 55 on-call firefighters: 35 at Station 1 and 20 at Station 2. Office staff are located at Station 1, the Fire Headquarters. Hours of operation are Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
