Description:

St. Ann’s Road Reconstruction involves the relocation of Enbridge Gas utilities, reconstruction of St. Ann’s Road from Twenty Mile Road to Regional Road 20, the rehabilitation of the North Creek Bridge, improvements to the railway crossing, sidewalk/pedestrian safety, and storm sewers / drainage improvements.

Approved Budget: $4.7 million

Traffic Disruptions:

• St. Ann's Rd is closed to local traffic only from Twenty Mile Rd. to the bridge.

Description:

This contract encompasses the provision of all labour, materials, and equipment necessary for the completion of the following:

• Various Hot Mix Asphalt Spot Repair Locations, approximately 4000m2 each contract year, locations will be provided in May 2025/2026 once the road network has been assessed.
  • Asphalt Milling, Supply and Placement of Hot Mix Asphalt
  • Provisional Items including Base Repairs, Additional Asphalt Milling above the 4000m², Winter Season Milling, Winter Season Supply and Placement of Hot Mix Asphalt.

Approved Budget: $230,000.00

Description:

Rehabilitation of Silverdale Road:

• from Twenty Road (RR 69) to Fifteen Road

  • Mill 50mm, then pulverize 150mm, blending 40mm of Gran A, and grading, remove & replace a short section of mountable concrete curb, add 20mm HL2 skim coat to bridge deck, place 100mm of hot mix asphalt, granular shouldering, driveway reinstatements, and line painting,

• from Fifteen Road to RR 20

  • Mill 40mm, base repairs, spot repairs/padding with 50mm asphalt, pave 40mm surface hot mix, line painting.

Approved Budget: $1.2 million

Contract Value: $975,000.00
